The duck. Since a duck's circulation and lungs are made for a small animal, scaling it up to horse-size will mean it will just collapse and die quickly.

Given that 10 years ago, defunct company Tactus showed in screen keyboard were possible (https://www.engadget.com/2015-02-12-phorm-tactus-ipad-case.html ), and that earlier this year, a university showed a similar concept (https://www.engadget.com/this-oled-screen-can-fill-with-liquid-to-form-tactile-buttons-204829553.html), would you like a toasted teacake?

I really wonder how well these concepts work. I feel like both durability and haptics would be an issue.
