The developers acknowledged the difficulty in obtaining Forgotten Souls and mentioned that they would be increasing the uptime of Helltides to be active every hour! This is a major improvement compared to the 2.5 hour interval we currently have.

This is such an idiotic change. They reduced the amount of souls you can get before this, and now they increase the amount of helltides to make up for it. This both kinda aims to keep players in the game. It's a dark pattern for multiplayer games.

STEEL TRADERS IN SHAMBLES.

I guess Zir parts are still the most difficult to assemble. Wish there was a more consistent way of doing that.
