Apparently Reddit is now preventing people to anonymously browse NSFW posts in the browser. Instead they invite you to download the app.

Yup, noticed that a few days ago. It's incredibly annoying that they took away mobile browser access for a sizeable portion of content (NSFW can also mean bad language or spoilers).

I'm pretty sure this has been around for at least a little while. I'm not visiting reddit today, but you can bypass this with old.reddit right?

We can still clown on reddit for them saying "Wait, you have to verify your age by signing in! ...but we can let it slide if you get the app, pretty please?" 🤡🤡🤡
