Internet as an art

Rule 1: All post titles except for meta posts should be just plain "hmmm" and nothing else, no emotes, no capitalisation, no extending it to "hmmmm" etc.

I will introduce more rules later and when I finish doing that I will make an announcement post about that.

For overall temporary guide check out the rules here: https://www.reddit.com/r/hmmm/wiki/rules/

I won't be moving all of them here but I will keep most of them.

This is ZZ Top

The guy on the right is Frank Beard

The guy on the left kinda looks like Jack Black wearing a disguise.

That's Dusty Hill... He passed away a few years ago.

Is this what betrayal feels like?

I went to a Butthole Surfers concert and didn't see them ride a single sphincter.

I once found this Butthole Surfers CD in a thrift shop, and bought it mostly because of their crazy name. You're the first one I ever see/hear mentioning them, though they seem to have been somewhat big in the 80s and 90s. Would you recommend a re-listen of that release, or something else of theirs?

I've never actually listened to a full BHS album or seen them in concert. I was just making a joke. But yeah they were known nationally in the 90's. Their biggest hit was "Pepper" IIRC.

What a disappointment that show was...

Well, sure they're called Men Without Hats.

There's only one hat there.

What I see is a man with a hat and a man without hat, so technically it's not men (plural) without hats (plural), it's man with hat and man without hat.

Men without hats are just men with hats, without hats.
