The question can be asked for most things in life really so just do both options. Generally I'm a "value for money" gamer now but If something catches my eye I will make an effort to support it.

Also dealing with a cold at the moment... I'm the first to get it this time which is a suprise.

Life wise all is good. No issues with school which is great as my eldest started secondary and it's a huge change.

You could easily save on the cooler and put it towards an NVMe drive.

Definitely underrated and also failed so hard. Will always be my favourite though.

The Murderbot Diaries are some of my favourite novellas. They are a lot more interesting than the title may suggest too so highly recommend.

Very different games but I would say Gran Turismo is better.

I do like Rage Racer more than both of these though.

Basically it's nice to look at but completely useless.

I have a Kobo and it's great but I go though cycles of wanting to read physical books too.

  • The Contestant
  • The Edge of Everything
  • Sicko
  • Queen of Speed
  • Finke: There and Back
  • Rubble Kings

Same.

I don't play often but I check in every few months for an update or new mods.

I'm not sure how I feel about mid-gen upgrades.

I'm all for something like the PS2/PS3 slim or Xbox 360/One S but a PS4/5 pro and One X just don't interest me.

I also kind of despise the whole smartphone upgrade path that is the norm nowadays so I really hope consoles don't continue the same way.

The Dreamcast title “Birdcage of Horrors,” or “Grauen no Torikago,” has received a new fan translation led by Derek Pascarella, alongside contributors Anonymous, T_Chan, and Walnut. This Japan-exclusive murder mystery/horror “i-dra” developed by Sega and ASCII Entertainment was distributed across six GD-ROM discs through the Dreamcast Direct Online service, comprising 365 one-minute episodes.

More Dreamcast goodies.

Xbox 360 game played on the Xbox One.

Brothers in Arms games are some of my favourites and Hell's Highway is at the top.

Steep is such an under appreciated game. I dont think it sold well so was often dirt cheap but it's a beautiful chill experience.
