Definitely, this is most feasible for my situation.

Thanks for info. The bad part is that it's not a 1 day thing, AQI is going to remain very poor for few months (till 31st January atleast).

I can use use treadmill indoors but I don't think AQI is any good indoors as my house is very open and there is no cheap way to make it air sealed. Need to invest in expensive doors, windows and air purifier but can't because no money and other reasons.

Well, new excuse for me to not exercise 😂

Off topic - Anyone have used air purifiers and how's the experience?

  1. Find the best person in your contacts whom you can trust and explain everything to him/her. Discuss about where you'll stay, how many others friends are there, how many people live in house (more is better). And it would be great if someone who stays with you has firearms.
  2. Call him/her to pick you from your house and tell him/her to bring cops too.
  3. Once they reach. Pack all important stuff like certificates, clothes, gadgets, etc.

I just hope that you were just high while writing this but if not then you gotta fight for your life and freedom.

Utensils will get dried eventually when upside down and you'll have to wash them within few minutes or wetting utensils would be of no use.

Distract yourself into some offline activity which you love especially with someone you are comfortable with.

Once mind in place, deal with the problem which lead to depression in the first place. But if nothing can be done about the issue, then stop worrying about it. Work around it.

I make it look easy but I know its not.

Always keep stock of water in an extra overhead tank or atleast an extra lid bucket bathrooms for emergency when tap water ran out. Just make sure to change water every two weeks to prevent bug parties in it.

If you don't have kettle then have a lot of water bottles especially that can store warm drinking water for long time, to never run short of warm drinking water in winter.

Nice, mine a little different.

I brush then meditate with water bottle then fresh up. Then I either hit track or open gym after proper warmups.

Awesome, just don't keep the keys in open. Any easily accessible closed container or cabinet drawer would be sufficient.

Google said anywhere from 30 minutes to 24 hours, but for me 24 hours or even more is a must.

I tend to eat and sleep more and even take 1 day leave from work.

I was wondering whether it's normal to rest this much or I'm just lazy. It's not that I cannot push my body to work immediately after sex but I prefer not to force myself.

Hope it's all normal.

I just rinse it with water then with diluted dettol. And let it air dry after wash. Twice a day (morning & evening).

I was wondering whether I should apply any moisturizer after wash or not.

I don't want to ask duplicated so I want to know how to search before asking.

When doing pistol squat I feel strong stretch in the leg which is hovering. Is this normal for a beginner? It feels like I'm working more with my hovering leg than the one which is actually pushing.

I) Morning walk & hanging

II) Evening exercise (1 per muscle group) (once in 3 days)

  1. Bicep curl
  2. overhead curl
  3. Shoulder press
  4. Wrist curl
  5. Push up
  6. Crunches, side plank
  7. Pistol squat, claf raise

III) Stretching, mobility in gap days

I've got ill recently but finally feeling well to do some exercise. My goal is to keep it easy, short and bodyweight only.

Just sharing my really short whole body workout which will take only an hour.

Did some chit chat with ChatGPT on religion.

Came on the conclusion that freedom of religion grants the right to follow whatever belief they want as long as it's not causing significant damage to society and it doesn't undermine other fundamental rights. Which gives room for religions to flourish which do not do any immediate harm but as more people join in it start putting burden on society's resources without returning any real value.

Hi, I'm a beginner who just started learning the F barre chord.

I can't get string 1 and 2 to ring clearly without applying insane force. Hmm I guess I have to just keep practicing until I can make it ring clearly without much effort.

How was your F barre chord journey? I'm sure experienced players here can enlighten my path.

Hi, I'm a beginner learning guitar. I noticed that after a month or so my guitar doesn't sound the same but it's not too bad. And I am hesitant to tune my guitar frequently because I'm afraid that some strings might snap.

Is it fine to not tune guitar until it sounds garbage (unrecognizable)?

There is no way I could play this. I guess I'll have to find alternatives or somehow get light speed reflexes.

Edit: Thanks for help. I found a playable tab for the song I am learning.

Feeling pretty lonely as I couldn't find atheist people near me.

My country is full of religious people and people who follow religions just to have company and benefits which religious organizations provide. I hate these fake religious people even more because they simply take the side from where they'll get maximum benefits. There are no real atheist in my country who'll openly declare themselves as atheists.

And as per demographics of my country, having (or faking) religion is beneficial. But I hate doing either.

So how and where to find real atheist locally?
