What manner of genocide apology is this
Daxter101
I require explanation, due to my country of origin not being the United States of America
Holy shit this was good
I know you might be joking for hyperbole, but still. If you burn it, you can't read what runs through their and their friends' head, and you lose the historical value of having access to this period's political pulse later.
And I don't think these books turn people fascist. They only consolidate them.
If we want to stop fascism, part of the solution is stopping the root of the problem, where people become fascists. And our best bet on that is understanding.
Oh no. I guess the only reasonable response is to bomb another children's hospital.
Thanks, the thrift idea is probably pretty good. And, as long as something is inside my house, it's plenty safe, so I don't worry about that.
My actual style, slowly is shifting towards a style between punk and hippie that does exist here (we have a couple of... I think in English they're called squats? Occupations? People take over public buildings for protest, and live in them long term as small semi-communes), with long hair, loose-fitting short sleeved dress shirts, short jeans and piercings.
To be perfectly honest with you, my masc expression is enjoyable as fuck.
But, maybe, for that reason, and because of my sense of what non-binary is... This "slight femininity" is not feminine to me. It's a well balanced, healthy masculinity.
And I love this part of myself.
Probably slightly oversharing rant
And at the same time, I wanna dye the tips of my hair pink. I wanna skirt go spinny. I want the interesting, chaotic, enormous variety that girl clothes have. And dresses. I want a damned nipple piercing, without being scared of how much it shows through clothes. I wanna be able to hug people without feeling self-conscious, either like I'm inappropriate and invading, or like I'm "socially not understanding the rules" and "not acting like a man".
So yeah. I'm more struggling with gender roles, than aesthetics themselves. But god knows I'd enjoy playing around with the simple joys of it all, in my home at least.
Thanks for the recommendations and the site, by the way!
Is this... The Invincible comic?
Yeah, but, unfortunately,
- Your opinion is not unpopular, it's the most common one
And
- This is a proven, and wonderfully effective way to protest. Getting the media to report on things at all, is an enormous, and repeatedly researched driver of discussion and awareness. And the climate emergency is not acted upon enough, and the continued criminal actions of the Oil industry are also painfully underreported.
I wish from the bottom of my heart this natural sense of justice of yours was the way to solve these issues, but those rich fucks are literally relying on, and fanning the flames of this mental pitfall, to keep people more passive on this issue.
Data and science says this protest, just like most other protests, works.
Protest in any way you see fit, different kinds of protest "work" on different people and structures. Just go and actually participate in whichever you believe in.
Very cool and dense video.
So many good ideas, in an incredibly short and efficient format.
