Have you considered upgrading to GrapheneOS?
It's the camera. A wider lens will help immensely, but you'll need a dedicated camera for it. I never use my cellular camera for selfies.
I will investigate this claim independently.

So many cheap laptops are about to hit the market, and I'm ready for it.
My gaming desktop is the last barrier to a full transition, but I've been buying exclusively games with a Linux release for over a year now. Buckshot Roulette, Deep Rock Galactic, Hearts of Iron, Lethal Company, Project Zomboid... There's quite a few big ones.
I seem many bad things being said, and some hopeful things mixed in. I'm just waiting until it's all said and done to assess the outcome.
