There are Taiwanese that do this do but they are sometimes grouped into being part of the mainland Chinese doing this.

It has been particularly nasty this year
I finally begin to lift weights and am happy with the improvement even if I am very sore 😅 It feels good to know that progress is being made. I am also hoping to practice swimming more so I can have better cardio and resistance for that.

Not anymore. I am from Taiwan and have been living in Latin America for the last five years. I still get approached by white foreigners and remember how much I hated them in Taiwan. I always thought Mainland China had it worse than we do. Most Taiwanese have that attitude towards Japan and Japanese in Taiwan can be just as bad.

I hate men who say Asian women are easy. We are not. The women you see on social media that want only white men in Asia are club girls who are often drunk and very shallow. Sometimes you also see poor women who see white men as having lots of money. The rest of us do not want you if you approach us with your terrible fashion sense and bad body odor.
One of them approached me today and asked if I like white men. I told him no and he look like I just slapped him.
They were cheaper options at the time of their release. Nintendo games from the past have only increased in price because of the popularity of the brand that attracts collectors. You are correct about the long-term expenses being cheaper overall but the average person only looks at the price for the console itself and that is about as far as their long-term thinking goes. Fps does not matter as much to the more casual gamer that Nintendo attracts.
The perceived cheapness is what gives Nintendo the advantage.
