As a guy, I'll take a crack at this... Make sure it can stretch as needed without injury, but can also grip, push, and pull. Also do something to reduce/eliminate UTI's, that sucks for everyone.

Writing is a passive system for conveying information. It requires active effort by the target. If the target does not want to engage with the information, there is nothing forcing them to unless you add additional systems external to the information.

I tried getting help. Rejected by 3 therapists because I was not their target demographic, another called me three times after reading my 'here's why I'm seeking therapy' notes to make sure I wasn't a threat to myself or others before backing out, and the therapist I did end up seeing thought it would be a good idea to double bill the guy with 'paranoia' as one of his listed items. Didn't walk the charges back until I stopped payment and appointments 'until this is resolved.' ...and yes, I realize I may be the problem, that is part of the reason I sought therapy... But at this point, there are no non-'christian councilor' therapists for males with ADHD in my area that my insurance will pay for.
