China is making less than 1% green hydrogen right now, if they really can get it to 10% by 2030 id be very happy. But as far as I can see from that report, the plan is "invent some technology that makes this more efficient". I think will happen eventually just not predictably enough to make a plot out to 2060 like hydrogen will be a good idea compared to other renewable technologies that will also advance in that time period.
But anyway China is taking green energy seriously so they might as well try everything.

A bunch of of them are college towns, the one in in Illinois is probably due to UIUC, also Penn State in the middle of PA.
This is a take ive seen multiple times and i think its a little backwards. Russia never had a reason to fight on Armenia's behalf, before or after they got so desperate they tried to get literally anyone to care about them. If they brought it on themselves its only that they didnt somehow manage to make some natural resources or important exports spring out of the ground so someone would care, because in the end, decades of close ties with Russia or "democratic values" aren't enough for anyone.
Finished it recently and really liked it. Picked it up just for the cool cover, but glad to have stumbled on some anti-imperialist fantasy!
