For various definitions of "better"

I don't think this would necessarily be playing to his strengths, look at how effective the "weird" narrative has been.

Also, almost no one that would vote for Trump is doing so on policy. Sure, she needs to talk some policy to keep moderates (and actual leftists) engaged, but I think there's some need to mock him and his movement.

To make a bit of an analogy, look at how Gamergate actually ended; it wasn't from crossing any bridge that went too far, or convincing people they were enabling harassment, it ended when Steven Colbert made fun of the movement on his show, and then that got mainstream attention.

This is functionally spending money on the climate crisis, on the side of the crisis.

~~That isn't how I interpret the ready action.~~ And yeah, there should be a save of some sort even if it isn't RAW, but I think I'd allow it out at my table, it's creative and fun.

Edit: I reread the rule, there is language for precasting the spell. I stil thinkl it'd be more fun to find a way to hide it, like a stealth check or similar.

Either way, the fact that casting a spell is an action isn't really a problem here

I'm not sure I follow;

If his goal was to pull voters away from Kamala, why would he endorse her?

Maybe, but every time he speaks it's all conspiracy theory shit: anti-vax, etc.

The fact the GOP backed him thinking he'd pull voters from Democrats shows just how out of touch the GOP has gotten

But if they just let everyone vote, they wouldn't hold power anymore.

Won't somebody please think of the politicians?

Fun fact, this sign wasn't in Kansas

I think it'd be hard to look at the current state of things and think he made a mistake. At least he seems willing enough to get along.

I've no shortage of criticism for the man and his actions, but this one I can applaud.

And it's not like he delivered flawlessly, he still has at least one part where he seemed to get lost, and the crowd covered for him.

Did have real mixed feelings about the "Thank You Joe" chant. It was kind of wholesome in a way, but I imagine it feels bad to have been pushed out like he was.
