Hi, I recently bought an Eq2 pedal from Source Audio.

By looking around I found this:

  • 80 Hz - 200 Hz: Energy & Fullness
  • 200 Hz - 500 Hz: Muddiness & Boxiness
  • 500 Hz - 1 kHz: Punch & Intelligibility
  • 1kHz to 5 kHz: Attack, Harmonics, Clarity

Knowing this, I'm wondering how to configure my frequency bands. First, I'm looking for something simple to get to grips with the pedal, and I was wondering if there were any best practices for setting the frequency bands. For example, for the lowest part, is it better to set 2 bands, one at 80, the other at 200? Put a band in the middle? (80 + (200-80)/2 = 140)?

Another idea I had was to use the bands defined on a graphic Eq like MXR 10 Bands (31.25, 62.5, 125, 250, 500, 1K, 2K, 4K, 8K, 16K)

Thanks!!

it's the only wiki with accurate information. Still, I am waiting for neoseeker guides/builds. I like their work on Pathfinder & Solasta

It requires the hero to take at least one level in all 12 classes, and never respec.

trying every class. 12 class, it's only 5 min for each (12*5=60 min), and you also have to check every races, some sub classes and choose spells, stats, etc.

I planed something a range character. Perhaps a Wood Elf for the increased movement. Not sure about it.

Str 8 Dex 16 Con 16 Int 8 (fixed with the circle of enlightment), Wis 14 and Cha 12

  1. Fighter (For HP, martial weapons, armor, etc.)
  2. Barbarian (For HP)
  3. Rogue (sneak attack & skills)
  4. Bard (Bardic Inspiration for skills)
  5. Vengeance Paladin (HP, Lay of Hands)
  6. Ranger
  7. War Cleric (Shield of Faith, Divine Favor)
  8. Monk
  9. Wild Sorcerer (at least we have Tides of Chaos)
  10. Fiend Warlock (Eldritch Blast, Protection from Good & Evil) 11 & 12. Druid & Wizard (nothing!)

Thought?

Dominions 5: strategic turn by turn game where you play a god and all the armies of his nations. Dozens of spells, you can equip your units with items you forged. Unique mechanism: your god, your prophet, your clerics and your temple can spread faith. No faith = game over. Some nations have specifics rules about faith, for exemple a Astec one has to sacrifice virgin, another (Ermor) has a faith which kill his population an turn it undead, another one inspired by lovecraft generate mad men...

we all must accept this offer, to accelerate the crash of reddit

I just discovered the dead spots on my bass thanks to an octaver.

As I'm thinking of buying an analog Chorus, I was wondering, do I have a chance of getting glitches too?

And more generally, what types of effects are sensitive to dead spots?

Thanks!

Baldur's Gate 3 is coming soon... which class will you start with?

After 20 years of playing BG and crpg in general, I'm still coming back to mages... it's "just" a matter of choosing a specialty...
