I've notice a phenomenon where detractors or haters inflate hype that doesn't really exist and they do it so much that the their stories take on a whole new reality that never existed. Like it's self feeding and then when that hype does out the "reality" sets in and is pretty much the same trend as that chart.

I've seen it from everything. A lot of times with stuff like the right building stories about immigrants. I think it's media that drives it

Kind of given considering the nature of the job. I heard a radio show where they talked about this with someone in the church who explained that the church offers forgiveness for sins to people who are willing to commit to God. I don't think to many pedophiles want to be attracted to kids and see themselves as evil. It's around the same age that the priesthood is calling that young guys start to realize these attractions. The church is a place for these people to go celabete and purge themselves of their evil but reality is the church can't do that. Instead their ranks fill with these pedophiles same as it gets filled with our types of people who see themselves as sinners; ex drug users and wall street bankers. The whole radio show made me feel like the church could be a victim in all this as well. But then they fuck up by hiding these people and shuffling them around instead of bringing them to justice.

The solution is to reject any monetization of anything online. Anti advertise. If a content creator has ads take a minute to talk about how the product is the worst. Maybe it started a fire from a friend of a friend basement and killed their whole family. Maybe it made someone you know infertile. If a marketing team acts like a celebrity to promote rampart, you do what we all did in the rampart ama no matter what it is. Reject anyone trying to monetize and capitalize on the internet until all the assholes that running ever other medium leaves.

Shit, I would look at it another way. What other time in history could someone ask this. Its not like prisons in the fifties had wheelchair ramps.

Why is it a bad take. How can there be any other way. Where exactly is profit created from?

I don't agree with that guy but doesn't that apply to the people running these companies. Profit can only be made by exploiting labour. There can't be any other way

Not this guy, I mean the protestors targeting random people like deflating tires of people going to work, throwing soup at art and standing in traffic. I don't get how this guy was protesting. It sounds like he was just saying common sense things. I don't get what the protest is here. Saying you support journalist doesn't seem like a protest. Just a statement
