Not vegan, mostly vegetarian.

Reasons, cheese is just too good, egg can be ok sourced, bees can consent. I have a lot of gut issues and no-go foods, vegan foods not prepared at home will have some of my triggers, which include garlic (oh how I miss thee), so if I'm not flexible I'd only eat rice and beens at home

Yeah, salt has it's issues but I see it as the easiest and possibly least disruptive option. We'd "just" have to implement a fleet of autonomous sail boats with solar powered mist makers sucking ocean water and misting it up
