Shutdown issues with 6.1.66 (bugs.debian.org)
 

Looks like there is another issue in the recently updated kernel 6.1.66 which prevents shutdown with certain WiFi modules. At least my laptop now doesn't shutdown anymore and needs a hard power off 😐

Strategy worked out fine, just got a new kernel 6.1.66 fixing the issue 😃

Hm, I just upgraded two hours ago and put my laptop to standby. When I don't reboot until the fix is there and update before rebooting I should be fine. Right?

My goal is to spend 100 minutes per week listening and also 100 minutes reading. Usually I achieve a little bit more, sometimes life is just too busy.

I also track the time spent. Seeing the progress is a good motivation for me

IMHO, you should have at least a basic knowledge to start with videos. I.e. know some basic grammar and know some hundred most frequent words. Then start with videos targeted to learners or for children.

I use InnerTune as a music player instead of NewPipe. Give it a try.
