Not a part of the group, but just wanted to stop in and say yep, you pass!

I had a hand in the conversation in the screenshot, so I'm guessing they are salty.

Good times were had by all.

This sums it up. No other group is willing to stand up on these topics. Do I think they're perfect? No. They're human. Humans who never anticipated leading a worldwide movement with so much time in the spotlight. I also completely understand the organization wanting to pick its legal battles closely. This does mean that the chapters should be locked in stride with the message from TST. If they spread too thin, they lose appeal and effectiveness. Hone in on religion. Keep pressure there until it is no longer needed. THEN move on.

This is the part I always find infuriating, regardless of who is being interviewed.

Generally these search and rescue dogs are completely different dogs. They are highly effective, but trained different than protection dogs.

The article does a good job of giving the reasons for this, but I'll try to explain the justification. Quite simply, kids end up here because of their parents decisions. Since they are here, the decision was made that more harm would be caused (and more money spent) depriving these people an education instead of just letting them be kids.
