Nothing wrong with that.

I'm going to say that to the absolute gross majority of people federation means absolutely nothing.
I'd go even as far as to say that the Venn diagram of what you can and cannot post between Mastodon and blue sky is almost the perfect circle
Nope. Not at all. I very much prefer BlueSky as far as Twitter replacement goes.
You're literally a Google search away.
I love how the 3.5 mm connector is now called aux
There ain't no Babble Quite like sovereign citizen Babble
Jinkies!
The funniest part is that all the AI hype is focused on all the wrong things. There are absolutely great AI tools that get very little mention.
For example, I'm visually impaired and use AI tools A fair bit to help me get around the internet and such. Especially when it comes to using AI I to generate descriptions of images.
Have a MA in engineering and a Ph.D in comp sci. Good try though.
Keep on rambling....
How have I made your point at all?
You're a bit incoherent with what you're talking about. This has nothing to do with software design or anything else along those lines. This is a simple thing. If your data is valuable you secure it yourself.
Thinking that a federated service is going to have a uniform or homogenous approach to things is folly on your end and a failure of understanding what the technology is.
If you're serious about your data you wouldn't be relying on a single source for your data.
Or you can just block/ignore the stuff you don't like. No need to force your preferences on everyone else.
