I don't have any kind of diagnosis, but I have some mild suspicions, and I have basically this problem on a shorter time scale at work.
A significant part of my job duties is taking data from a bunch of tools and departments and writing up an email that lays that data out in a way that a stupid executive can understand. The emails only need to go out two or three times a day, which is good because they take about an hour to write up normally. Since that's only 2 to 3 hours of work, it should be easily doable. I cannot force myself to start working on one of these emails until about 20 minutes before it's due, at which point I rush through the process as quickly as possible.
They're usually like 20 to 30 minutes late, but my management thinks mine are really thorough so I think I've been a little shielded from consequences.
I work faster under pressure, and I think I work better under pressure also, but I also hate pressure. It's so goddamn stressful. I wish I just had a force of will to make myself start these fuckin things on time.

I've seen someone else on the site, I think z poster?, makes the comment that the reason that they can't lie or even be subtle, is that Israel freaks out so badly anytime they say anything that could even be interpreted as not getting full support to the genocide.
Understandably people keep asking them questions about this topic, and the correct move would be to be evasive, or just lie, but they aren't able to.
Plan on running my current car into the ground, but once it's time for a new one I would love to be able to purchase a BYD Dolphin. I commute by myself. I don't need a big car, I just want to get to work cheaply and without destroying the environment any more than necessary.
For now they're on pro-based-ion.
His previous ones have mostly been excellent so I'll be excited to see how this turns out.

I worked at a McDonald's in highschool and it was the hardest and most unpleasant work I've ever done. Other food service wasn't much better and call centers are a weird mix where you trade the physical labor with the dehumanizing factor of the customer not seeing your face. One of them once told a coworker that they hoped everyone in her call center would get pancreatitic cancer.
The racism you hear in a call center is also crazy.
