What this guy fundamentally fails to understand is that countries go from low gdp to high gdp not by producing more exports but rather by getting domestic consumption up. Time off is required for domestic consumption to happen. Henry Ford didn't give his workers time off for their benefit, he did it so they would buy cars.

I am so excited for the release date, but I also really hope it's soon. I would be fine with an EA release that has the caveat of bug and balance changes to come. This was part of what made the original game so great, we the players got to experience the building up to what it is today (anyone else remember biter science?).

This is exactly why foreign ownership of residential rental property should be banned in Canada.

The heritage committee in this town is out of control. This building has been in this state for two decades because of their nonsense. Old buildings are super inefficient and the city should not stand in the way of replacing them with modern energy efficient ones. I can get behind the odd building here or there that has an exceptional heritage, but that designation should also come with funding to cover the cost of renovating to improve the energy efficiency.

Just up the road at Bank and Gladstone, heritage forced them to keep the brick facade of the old metropolitan bible church, it looks really stupid attached to a modern apartment building.

Not only is it part-time, its a split shift with a long break in the middle as well. If they really wanted to solve the shortage they would just increase the pay.

Imagine the conservative uproar if this was JT. They would be absolutely losing their shit.

How about the police, who work for the city, start actually enforcing the highway traffic act? Maybe start with that which generates revenue for the city before wasting our money on ads that blame the victims.
