Also, what height is the counter supposed to be? It only reaches to the hips / lower stomach of the girl. That would be like... just above the knees for a tall man? How low is the ceiling? The longer you look at it, the less sense it makes.

Many instances are mixed language. Feddit.org for example is mainly German communities for now but is officially a German/English instance and one of the largest communities is c/Europe, which is in English. Blocking whole instances will block many English communities as well. Though I get that that might be an acceptable trade-off to get rid of a flood of posts you don't understand.

I might be missing some additional information but I don't think men are excluded. I think the Greens are just making an additional point how it's especially important to women. I haven't read anything that suggests only women should have the right to work from home.
