I would say plumbing, electrical or general contractor. At least around me theres a lot of people looking for people to help with things like painting the inside of a house, caulking/grouting, general landscaping.
I would love to get this but that price is a bit too steep

There's a good podcast called Elder Scrolls Lorecast that goes over the various regions, guilds, characters, etc in pretty good depth. They've been around for a while so there's a lot of good content to listen to.
I went down to South Jersey a couple weeks ago and ordered that exact sandwich and the lady taking my order didn't even know what taylor ham was. smh
