Ein Betriebsrat hätte theoretisch eine Handhabe, „im Rahmen seiner Mitbestimmungsrechte gegen diese Richtlinie“ vorzugehen.

Ich kenne ein paar Leute, die bei Check24 in der IT gearbeitet haben, und ein interner "Witz" war, dass man gefeuert wird, bevor man das böse "B"-Wort zu Ende gesagt hat.

Höhere Gehaltserhöhungen gab es wohl auch fast ausschließlich nur mit einem Knebelvertrag (Rückzahlung bei Kündigung innerhalb der nächsten 3-5 Jahre). Vielleicht lassen sich Unerfahrene eher auf sowas ein.

Should be on top right of the menu. On the same horizontal line as your name.

Pretty annoying and the main reason why I’ve switched to other apps until it’s fixed.
