He was shooting closer to 200 yards I thought.

My main AR groups better. I've got a higher-end AR with a .223 Wylde 1:7 barrel and when I shoot SMKs through it it'll group a ragged hole. But that's not the setup most people are buying and shooting.

But my gun is triple the cost of a standard AR-15, and the glass on top is even more expensive.

If they view their own primary as unimportant, they can register with the other party and vote for the least-objectionable (or, more nefariously, the least-electable) candidates.

I registered Republican this year because the Dems in my primary were already locked in. So I'm technically a registered Republican even though I've never voted Republican in the general election.

Most people using an AR buy cheapo 115 grain FMJ to shoot from their $600 AR. Cheap ammo from a cheap AR will group at 5-6 inches shooting with a bipod from a bench with a minute between shots with no wind at that range.

Throw in wind, stress, sub-optimal support, and rapid fire and it's a very difficult shot.

Which is good and bad. Good in that assassinations should fail. Bad in that it means this asshole was shooting up a crowd.

I'll have to check it out!

I'm actually involved in the filming of a local horror movie that's going to be truly awful.

It's about mermaid monsters. I help coordinate some of the water work and act as the !production photographer and backup safety diver for the underwater scenes.

It's going to be really, really bad. But it's still fun!

That actually isn't even much of a stretch for Texas names. I live near the Devil's Backbone.

It's pretty common for people to vote in the other party's primary (which is what registers you in most states) when they've got an incumbent from their own.

For men, cheap Amazon clothes sizing is increasingly Chinese sizes, so a XXXL is a US large.

Anonymous data collection at scale is a myth.

Anonymous data collection on me when assembled will say that I'm a 40-49yo unmarried college-educated male working in one area in a certain industry and living in another area.

Only one person meets all those criteria, and it's me.

Maybe certain kinds of back pain?

Or knee/muscle issues that prevent the patient from being able to hold their own weight, but not from pedaling.

A registered party member is just someone who voted in the primary.

The Democratic primaries in my area had a bunch of uncontested seats or I was comfortable with all the candidates, so I registered Republican to vote against Trump.

I'm a registered Republican, but I am not a supporter of the GOP.

Or for hearing a silent art form.

But below-average eyesight should work.

And it would be legal!
