Another test flight will be a bit of a problem. There are no spare Atlas V rockets. They will either have to convince Amazon to give up one of theirs or they will have to launch one of the missions on Vulcan Centaur, which is not currently crew rated.

Yes, being able to design something and have it in my hands it a few hours definitely makes it worth it. With 3D printing services it takes days or weeks and they get expensive fast.

They aren't patching CPUs that were released 5 years ago.

They should be patching back to Ryzen 1 since those are still perfectly good CPUs. 5-7 years really isn't that old considering how little improvement there is with each generation.

Kodi doesn't do any transcoding. It just mounts the NFS share and plays the file.

I wish CPUs would all have a fuse bit to permanently disable those "security co-processors". They are running who knows what and don't do the average user any good.

What kind of files?

I use Kodi to keep track of what TV shows and movies I've watched.

They are commonly used with USB keystone connectors. For some reason most of them have A connectors on both sides.

Cat5e works fine for gigabit. If it's not connecting at 1G, then the cable has been damaged and is probably connecting at 100M.

You should be seeing about 118MB/s in an iperf test on gigabit ethernet.

It works perfectly fine with user agent switcher. Apple just blocked Linux to be assholes.

The data is encrypted and can't even be recovered unless you create a recovery key. Some people don't want their browser phoning home and others just don't want to store their data on someone else's server.

Why not just use bookmarks in Firefox with sync enabled? You can self host your own sync server if you are worried about privacy.

Most of my drives are EXT4, but I started using BTRFS a couple years ago and will be using it on all new installs from now on. I really like being able to make snapshots and compression reduces the install size quite a bit.
