thank you! yeah this definitely makes a lot of sense. i was finding i had more luck when i tried to focus on like, the general idea of "society should take care of the people who do the work instead of the people who already have all the money".

jokes aside, do you have any good advice for putting marxism in simple terms, or how to respond when people dont give you a starting point? i find i can explain things decently well when im asked about specifics but when people show interest but dont have much background knowledge, i kinda freeze up, which makes things difficult when trying to represent an organization (young communist league of canada, in my case)

tbf there are a few reasons why someone who didnt deserve it would suffer in a socialist country but those reasons are typically external, like embargoes

"queer" is for people who fall outside the societal "norms" of sexuality, attraction, and gender presentation. If someone feels they fit that description, who are we to stop them
