The U.S. recently passed a law requiring the government to start disclosing all known(lol) information on UFOs/UAPs. The first congressional hearing was yesterday but was basically a verbal redacted/censored CIA document from the 60s.
About half of what was asked was responded with "I can't say in public."

The frequency and serving sizes are what make it unhealthy. Couple with an increasingly sedentary lifestyle and one of the best/easiest decisions you can make to improve your health is to cut back on meat, especially processed meat products. Proccessed meat is definitely, 100% unhealthier than cuts from your local butcher.
