Contra 4 is definitely worth it, however, it makes heave use of the dual screens and it has never left the DS platform. However, the gane looks and plays great, plenty od challenge missions and unlockables. If you can play it on a DSi XL it is even better.

I was thinking the helicopter crash scene would lead to a mid boss or some other thing in the final game. The boss animations are like that in contra 3, 4 and hard corps so those are probably tjere to stay.

The demo was pretty good and reminded me of Contra 4 for the DS a lot.

I would have preferred sprites over 3d models but that"s jist me being old.

Why do you want to run linux? Wouldn't an android app like Moon Reader be enough?

Never use it if not applying for jobs or recruiting

Not having seen the video I would think it is in filler/off topic

Sponsorblock has categories and you can choose which to skip.

I close the video if the title looks interesting to me but the first thing I see when I click it is someone talking at the camera instead of the thing that made me click on the video.

The advantage seems to be that you would not need to reflash the bios. For some models getting to the screw is not as easy and the cable needed to unlock other models is not being sold anymore.

I am trying to play the Linux version of Bean's Quest purchased from the Humble Store. I extracted the tar file but I get the following error when trying to run the game:

error while loading shared libraries: libXrandr.so.2 cannot open shared object file: no such file or directory

Is there a way to resolve this dependency?

I also tried installing the Windows .msi version as a non steam game but the msi just exits when I open it and proton is greyed out when trying to select it.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
