Yeah my first thought seeing this was "oh that person is gonna get killed if they send the cops". Glad you had some smarts there. There have been multiple indigenous people killed in wellness checks in Canada as well in recent weeks.
A book that stuck with me for a long time was The Midnight Library by Matt Haig. It was a fairly quick read too, I'm a slow reader so definitely longer than a day but I think I read it over a short vacation.
Had to check myself cause my brain wanted to say "maybe some of them got in there for the right reasons", which, idk maybe but the incarceration system is garbage and ACAB in the end.

Am I the only one that was also traumatized by the person that slips on the toilet water and dies? Like what a stupid fucking way to die but there I was terrified of flushing the toilet.
Also the fact that they kicked the indigenous reporter out, not just anti immigrant just good old fashioned racist. When we should be protesting also because cops have recently killed 6 indigenous people in the span of two weeks across Canada.
ACAB.
Also, if anyone is in BC, make sure you VOTE next month. The conservative leader is promising to give more funding to cops while taking away from "unnecessary government spending" (read: social programs).

Ok I know you have the s but I'm legitimately so confused. Last month people were actually talking about how scientists said that it's likely aliens have been living among us for a long time. And didn't the white house make some big alien announcement a while back??

The best cheese curds are the squeakiest. I think this debate is a Canadian v Midwest American one but either way if someone wants to deep fry my cheese curds before putting them on my poutine I'm not gonna argue that heart attack.
