Paul McCartney's Christmas song. It's a blight upon all mankind.

The Marriott logo kinda looks like two towers falling over.

I ignore those types of notices.

The music Howard Shore wrote for Lord of the Rings is the score; Into the West is soundtrack. The music Basil Poledouris wrote for Starship Troopers is the score; Fade into You (the song played during the fight scene between Rico and Zander) is soundtrack.

Most people, as evidenced by the comments, don't know the difference between soundtrack and score. Either that or they DO know the difference and are choosing to answer as if they didn't.

I've never seen Great Value electronics. Guess they're branching out.

The American public school system as it currently exists is largely a joke.

...as I upvote you from my Pixel. ☹️ I give the sad face because Google isn't who they once were and I'm just going to have to deal with that.

I would've broken a man's arm for an Amiga 500. All I ever had growing up was a Vic-20.

A good chunk of the time I can't share images because they're in Webp format. Is there a way to force a different format? I don't know if it's a function of the content or Boost.

Not for nothing, but Lemmy is a MUCH more enjoyable place when there's actually something to talk about.
