That's really written there, but I've never faced such an issue. As i know this stuff is written in every similar site. they should check "dirty" funds. But Monero is not dirty in the source, so there is nothing to worry about

Then you can exchange USDt to fiat with any affordable option (there are a lot of them, depending on a country you live in). That's all, you don't loose any money and withdraw without issues. The point is, that it's hard to buy Monero legally. or at least, without passing KYC. We need more solutions for casual people to be involved in Monero community to stay independent
