Unless Zig starts its own cult, I feel Rust will win in the end.

Yes, not only many people still play the same games for 10 years, but also spend most of their gaming time in them. There's a reason why a new live service game is both a gold mine and also incredibly difficult to stick.

Welp, guess WotC finally got the opportunity to take over their most popular format. I expect this to be terrible in the long run, but the RC made the finance bros mad, so what can you do.

Many subs did that, so reddit substituted the mods for others that do as they are told.

I feel sad that the game feels boring to me. Other than the weekly reclears I don't have motivation to do much else. Even the weekly tomes are something I do just on the weekend very slowly.

I really should get a few more weapons in eureka but I never did enjoy it. And everything else requires PFing, which means a lot of waiting.

For every streamer that makes minimum wage there are dozens that make so little they don't even get paid.

Yugoslavia certainly doesn't think so.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding your analogy but how was Hillary better than Bernie?

Yes since I use a lot of windowed fullscreen programs and it's the easiest eay to access the taskbar when I need it.

Weird that they decided to leave the fix for 7.1, but at least it's acknowledged now.

Can't seem to find a definite answer for this...

I did it. For a few years now I've wanted to make the jump but lazyness and a bit of worry that my main game wouldn't work very well kept me from it.

Then some effing windows update caused ridiculous stuttering on games (or maybe it was a auto-update of some other hidden thing, I couldn't figure it out) so I decided that if I needed a system wipe, might as well as try gaming on linux.

Honestly? Much easier than I expected. Install Steam, turn two options on and 90% of your library is ready to go. I had to tinker with getting freesync to work (ended up just switching to wayland, which just worked) but other than the plugins I use for my main game requiring a bit of more work, smooth as butter really.

So yeah, if you are a lazy gamer like I am, next time you do a system wipe or get a new computer, try installing linux first. Don't even bother Dual booting it, if you don't like it just reinstall (setup your usb drive with ventoy and the images you want to try out.)

This prepatch has been rough

I really hope this revitalizes the community

Did people think we'd go to a whole new continent and not have any worldbuilding? Or did they want another high-stakes world ending threat for a high-adrenaline story?

I just want to build requests and read the responses, why the hell does everyone suddenly want me to make an account?

Your favorite movie, series, or anything else really that you can't find a community here (or maybe it just doesn't exist)

I know my way around a command line. I work in IT, but when it comes to my personal fun time more often than not I'm quite lazy. I use windows a lot because just plugging in anything or installing any game and it just working is great.

But support for windows 10 is ending and I should probably switch sonner rather than later, so I'm wondering if Arch would be a good pick for me? For reference, I mostly game and do Godot stuff in my free time.
