Post that I scroll through don’t get marked as read, but posts that I open do, even with the disable auto hide in communities enabled. Is this a bug?

I personally love flickr, and have been posting my work there for a long time: https://www.flickr.com/people/mateodelarioja/ My main gripe is that they decided to restrict the option to display sensitive content only to pro (paid) accounts, so they are now basically holding my audience hostage. I hope the fediverse/decentralization can put an end to that.
