Possibly not now that it saves your codes to your google account (it didn't use to), but it made me uncomfortable for my password manager to have both factors together to log into something like my bank or root AWS account. So you'd have to compromise two different places to get in

I like 1Password's built in MFA support, if it's a really sensitive account I use Google Authenticator because I haven't bothered researching better local alternative

Edit: Going to try Aegis for the more sensitive logins, looks like what I'm looking for

In the US, delivery drivers are paid below minimum wage, not to mention they're usually using their own cars, so it is expected to tip them to make up the difference. The flyer was saying that the delivery fee doesn't directly go to drivers, if it did then the tip would actually be optional.

The only way to order from Dominos is to use coupons, and even them I feel like I always spent more than I intend to. I remember a handful of years ago they were putting flyers on the pizza box saying that the delivery few doesn't count as a tip. Then what's the delivery fee for???

Always found those funny because now if one thing gets lost/stolen you're substantially more screwed. Although if you only carry one card and have tiny pockets, I get it.

My company has a large presence in India and exclusively hires there now as far as I know, but I will concede that the employees from there are very good in general. They're actual employees though, not contractors. And there are a lot of issues that arise from the language barrier, timezones, management etc

I have a laptop solo booting Ubuntu and a Steam Deck, they're great. But on my desktop where I'm primarily playing games, many of which wirh anti cheat, it's not worth making the switch just yet. I think another year of development into Proton and stability will make it worth it. Also, I got a NAS recently with OpenMediaVault and I only have the time to tinker with one thing at a time :P

Any advice on the switch though, or tools you use lmk!

The day Windows 10 loses support is the day I primary (or solo) boot Linux on my gaming desktop. The more news I read the more certain I am in this.

I just started the Kagi trial this morning, so far I'm impressed how accurate and fast it is. Do you find 300 searches is enough or do you pay for unlimited?

I have the basic $3 one, I just call it my shitposting tax. Longer messages, using emotes in any server and larger files. I use it a lot since my friends haven't warmed up to Matrix yet, might as well support them while its not total trash
