We are federated with lemmy.world (and everyone else for that matter) so you absolutely can subscribe to their communities. What are you seeing that's making you think we're not?

You love to see it

It didn't stop the AI people so why should it stop you. There's already an instance where you can request a sub https://lemmit.online/ but it looks like it's just posts.

I should have covered that given the importance of mobile apps in this whole ordeal. I edited my post to include your link. Thanks!

Libertarian types idolize him because he's their vision of what success looks like. A private tyrant that has the power to enact anything he wishes for on a whim. A lot of people aspire to have that type of power unfortunately regardless of the actual underlying societal implications.

Picked these up

What exactly do they mean by removed Mirage? I still see it there in competitive at the moment.

You should be ok to do torgue dlc if you stick to the dlc story quests (sidequests are kinda meh here imo). But yeah you should be ok since you're skipping main game sidequests.

You bring up a good point.

I don't think the lack of automatic hyperlink is a dealbreaker because you have a bunch of instances like lemmy.world and sh.itjust.works that are growing fine without it. But there is talk of the domain's potential for abuse but it hasn't existed for very long so we'll have to see how that plays out.

I doubt browsers will blanket ban a domain but I could see private organizations doing it for their personal security. While it does make malicious links easier to pull off, I don't think it would be an issue unless the problem becomes prevalent enough to damage the domain reputation outside of IT circles.

Here's an interesting article on the topic: https://arstechnica.com/information-technology/2023/05/critics-say-googles-new-zip-and-mov-domains-will-be-a-boon-to-scammers/

I think you'll be fine with that plan. Though it's hard to say exactly for the second DLC but you can use your judgement based on your level and how close you are to 50 vs how of the main story is left to complete.

Either way as long as you're aware of the level 50 thing you should be fine because once you hit 50, everything begins to give less XP so it becomes harder to push much past that. Getting into UVHM at level 51 is not a big deal and pushing a lot further than that is difficult unless you just don't know and keep grinding.

Also if you stick to just main DLC quests they don't give much XP relative to main story Quests but I do recommend doing the Tina DLC ones anyways because the whole DLC is great.

Also, the only downside of starting UVHM underleveled is being stuck with underleveled guns and UVHM being tough for newcomers. If you use slag and grab a level 50 Unkempt Harold from TVHM I don't think it will be too bad regardless of your level if you're willing to tough it out a little.

Maybe pain and pleasure resulting from emotions/psychological sources? Pain and pleasure are pretty essential for creatures to not do the bad things and to do the good things for the survival of their species. Otherwise, they die of hunger or get permanently maimed without even realizing it.
