I've not played Half Life Alyx but people seemed to like it. And let's not forget the huge success of the Steam Deck!

Fair enough! Can you include that in the description/body next time?

I think it was a single purchase which included the base game and the expansion. You still get it now with "GOTY edition" etc.

This looks like an early-access free-to-play game rather than a giveaway

This time-traveling isometric tactical shooter recently became free on both Steam and itch.io for Linux, Mac, and Windows. Comments/reviews compare it to a combination of XCOM and Crypt of the Necrodancer, which is a big win in my book!

5 budget indie horrors for Android, pay-what-you-want on itch.io until 14th July. They're download-only (as in you can't claim them to your account) and definitely look a bit basic, but if that's your cup of tea then knock yourself out!

We're all well aware of Steam's summer sales, but don't forget that indie storefront itch.io also has a lot of games on sale this week. I've linked to my post in [email protected] which covers 22 games that are currently completely free, but you can browse their games on sale page directly for a huge number of indies (of varying quality!)
