When was the last time people were in doubt about that? Conservatives have been trying to pass laws that affect everyone based on their confused religious moralism for decades. Things like “blue laws” (banning sales of alcohol on Sunday) are connected to Christians trying to impose their religious ideas on people. Or the idea that someone’s testimony or oath can’t be believed if not sworn on a bible.

Even better, he continued AFTER they were exonerated, got a settlement, and someone else confessed and was convicted based on DNA evidence. If there’s one thing this chump can’t do, it’s ever admit he was wrong. Oh, and another, he can’t just stfu about something.

Cavuto went on to shoot down his claim that gas prices are at $6 a gallon, sourcing the real price as being an average of $3.26 a gallon.

Good. I’m so sick of the wild bullshit like that this baboon makes up. Gas is around 2.80 where I live which seems quite cheap given that it was that price 20 years ago and everything else has gone up so much. Then, of course, there’s the fact a lot of people are super-confused about that presidents don’t set the price of gas.

My understanding is they could play all the videos of Trump saying bullshit they want, just not assert it themselves. They could repeat it but be careful to say “Person x alleges this” rather than stating mistruths as fact.

Does it have better features or interface for it than kbin? I’ve tried using microblogs on kbin but I find it sorta confusing.

Your belief is that the Houthis are doing this to stop pollution? I thought it was supposed to be on behalf of Palestinians.

Have you considered reading the article?

Someone cited recently how much we were paying a year just for air conditioning in Afghanistan: $20 billion. Meanwhile we’re like “hey, maybe children shouldn’t be starving in school and forced to throw their lunch in the trash at the end of the line if they can’t pay for it, maybe states shouldn’t be sending parents to collections for a $90 kid’s lunch bill” and conservatives: WHO’S GONNA PAY FOR THAT??

I tried to make it easy by giving conversions. The only one I didn’t explain is 1/2 a lb which is 8 oz or 225 g, and of course imperial measurements are absurd.

No, half a pound is 8 ounces, or 225 grams. Sure, that’s still a lot.

Yes, it’s a lot, but what if you’re moving houses, going camping, or giving it to someone? It’s legal to give weed to people. It’s like being allowed to brew beer at your house but you can’t leave home with more than a six pack.

Not charging, but the screen and processors create some heat.

Colorado did the same thing. As of last time I dealt with it, you can grow six plants... which could put out like 12 pounds (5.5 kg) if you're good at it, but you can't travel with that because you were only supposed to have one ounce (28g) in your possession. Drive somewhere with 1/2 a lb? Same bullshit as always, second degree felony. The cops managed to to keep it illegal after legalization.
