I got 40-90 C down pretty well monitoring my PC temps in that I know more of what it should read in C compared to F.
I use edge at work and Firefox at home. Using edge every work day for 3 years and don't really have many complaints about it. I used to actively avoid it, but after trying it, it doesn't really seem all that bad.
My only gripe is I infrequently have trouble logging into an Ethernet device locally.

We still got shift differential on swing shift. I did it for 7 years. It maximizes 24/7 coverage with less crews, but it has a side effect of the end users of the schedule developing severe alcohol abuse and depression.
Sat - Friday 8 hours day
Wednesday - Tuesday 8 hours night
Friday - Thursday 8 hours second
The pay period was separated in such a way that you would not get double time even though you are scheduled 7 days in a row every week.
I messed the schedule up so I fixed it. And yes, there was only 1 day off between second shift and day shift rotation.
The coolest thing that happened to me with teams was somehow being invited and automatically accepted to some corpo training event. 1000 attendees. My computer would not shut the fuck up with random people in chat. It was so strange. It was like a twitch stream chat but talking about excel instead.
