Yeah, but by then the "good" version will be available - Windows 12.

Alternatively, if your needs could be met by another os e.g. Linux or MacOS then why not migrate to them?

I believe @twei meant, if you open a terminal and put in the following command:
pactl info | grep “Server Name” the output should tell you what sound server you are using.

@dampfnudel @theory I watched the video last night and couldn't really dispute what Chris Titus said in his rationale. However, he was quite clear that it was his own opinion so everyone else can agree or differ depending on their own thoughts.
I've mucked about with the majority of the distros on the list at some point but still revert to LMDE for my personal desktop, Ubuntu server for my home server requirements and whatever is appropriate in the work place for the requirement there.
