It is factually Mitt Romney's opinion, who is a sitting senator. That is factual news, ot spin.

Taking someone's statements, and then spinning them to create your own narrative, is an opinion. If it's reporting, simply stick to what he said, and not your interpretation of what they meant by what they said, and what you believe that will result in.

What is the point of news if not to provide a broader context for the facts being reported? The reason CNN, Fox, and MSNBC are all fake news is not that they dont report facts, its because they fail to report the actual truth that the base level facts indisputably point to. Its quite easy to report only the facts that suggest a false narrative. For instance, those networks rarely if ever report the horrific acts being committed by israel daily, which gives their viewers the false impression that israel is a victim. Reporting only facts in that instance is the same thing as lying, becce they selectively leave out facts that show the narrative theyre pushing is a lie.
