It's a really easy case to make that Andrew Jackson was one of the absolute worst. Imagine thinking that orange man who says embarrassing things and does some shitty backroom dealings is on the same level as the fucking Trail of Tears.
These people are so white that they're fluorescent. They don't give a fuck about history or reality, just civility. They have a massive case of main character syndrome.
"Oh, what's that? The Trail of Tears is in the past? Cool! Does that mean the US has relinquished its illegitimate claim over the land since then and it can be returned to the traditional owners? No? So it's not really over so much as it is complete, in that case."
