my sister was in Milwaukee on saturday (for reasons unrelated to the RNC! promise!) and said it was crazy how many riflemen were just walking about, although I think these were all security and stuff. There were even car checkpoints but she said they weren't operational yet. The only thing she could compare it to was when she went to Rwanda on a mission trip. idk maybe it's normal for an RNC/DNC event?
