I just arrived Wuhan, China last night and it's 30°C lowest. 03:00 I got up and it was 30°C. It's currently 38°C.
I woke up yesterday morning to -3°C while on my way to the airport.
My cursed flesh body really doesn't like that temperature swing.
The air con is set to 28°C (you know, to save money) which is quite pleasant compared to 38°C and 65% humidity outside, but 2 days ago in Australia my heater was set to 26°C.
Bourgeoisie decadence
If I didn't live with white people I'd just wear more layers at home, it turns out the average Australian Anglo deals with the cold by way of ruining the planet some more.
Dang, that sucks. My household hates turning on the heater unless absolutely necessary, so I've been wearing a thermal sweater, sweatpants, and a blanket hoodie to keep warm.
Are you fucking insane
In my Florida apartment we usually did heat to 68 and AC to 78, which is 20C and 26C. That was the highest we could set the AC to that I wasn’t just sweating 24/7.
The white people I live with turn the heat up really high, idk why. I'm prepared to wear layers like a normal person but someone insists on having T shirt weather indoors in the middle of winter (hint: it's a white person from Queensland)
That’s fucking wild. Like, it’s been a requirement in most of my lease that we keep the AC at or below 78C to discourage mold growth
I guess I would just die my condolences that is awful.
Uhh, like inside or outside temps? I would hope you have AC in Wuhan of all cities right?
There is, but I've unfortunately had to be outdoors for a 10km walk (for """health""") and then street food. I'm presently in 28° A/C but half the day it was unabated h e a t
