GA automatically gets allowed if PSL gets on the ballot in 2 more states, for what it's worth. If they are on the ballot in at least 20 other states, GA adds it now, regarding the court status.
the duopoly in action. this allows the republicans to do heinous shit in terms of ballot access but the democrats will go along to suppress third parties because the 20 states exception makes it not threaten them
