They probably mean a place they can talk about lives and experiences of asexual folks. In a word rife by sexuals (not sure this is the correct term) being asexual could be isolating.
i think allosexual would be more accurate here. they're like, the complete opposite to us asexuals lmao

idk if there's a term for this, but I assume OP feels alienated by the assumption that experiencing sexual attraction is the norm. Like heteronormativity but for sexuality in general, I suppose.
Allonormativity is what you're talking about. Amatonormativity is the assumptions related to romantic attraction/relationships.
