This is a Dengist community in favor of Bashar al-Assad with no information that can lead to the arrest of Hillary Clinton, our fellow liberal and queen. This community is not ironic. We are Marxists-Leninists.
This community is for posts about Marxism and geopolitics (including shitposts to some extent). Serious posts can be posted here or in /c/GenZhou. Reactionary or ultra-leftist cringe posts belong in /c/shitreactionariessay or /c/shitultrassay respectively.

Honestly even if China DID just randomly decide to invade Russia for no apparent reason, it wouldn't cause WW3. Every western imperialist would be having the party of their life while they let them fight it out. They would be fucking thrilled, nobody would dare get involved to the point it would become a world war. They'd have massive balkanization parties where they figured out who would get which piece of each country.
Of course, the chances of that happening are about as likely as the US withdrawing all their occupation forces from bases around the world.
What is far more likely to cause WW3 is probably the "country" bombing other countries, staging a yet ongoing genocide, and assassination foreign leaders extra-judicially.
In a massive potential show of force, I could theoretically see the U.S. pulling out across the world but retaining it's gear, ships and military to act as a threat that they could invade anyone they want, while they focus on internal oppression.
But you're right in that it would be ridiculously stupid and unlikely.
