Sorry, most of the responses were hex bear. I'll try and block, because local doesn't have most of the good things.
Local is communities that you are subscribed to, which means you cater your own feed. Subscribe to communities you like and use local to filter out shit you don't want to see. Otherwise, again, just scroll by or block. It's really simple
