It's a fun song, but kinda ruined by the fact that Acidgvrl & Swimswim (who may or may not be the same person) are easily the most annoying producers to come out of the wave of artists inspired by Sewerslvt.
The main reason a lot of people don't really care for them seems to be that they have a whole network of sock puppet accounts on YouTube that spam "Breakcore" "mixes" that only feature songs by Acidgvrl & Swimswim, along with maybe a few tracks by artists like Sewerslvt, Machine Girl, etc. so that they can get a boost in the algorithm (they also tend to have clickbait-y thumbnails & titles to boot). For example, I found this channel in the recommended videos section under the Breakcore Kush MV, which sure enough only features music from Acidgvrl & Swimswim, and also seems to have spent the past month reuploading the same 3-4 mixes every few days under different titles. And I've personally run across 2 other channels with nearly identical behavior patterns, as well as seen a few posts on Reddit from people who also found very similar YT channels.
On top of that, Acidgvrl & Swimswim's actual music output also follows a very similar pattern of constantly spamming out short, undercooked tracks with overly meme-y titles & screenshots of VRChat anime girls as artwork. So overall it just feels like they don't really care about the music and are just trying to game the algorithms to gain popularity.
Yeah I can agree with that, I've listened to a large amount of their stuff and there is like two to three songs that are actually worth a second listen. As you said if they took the time to refine some of the stuff it would be much better. Also I personally find the VTube-esque singer thing somewhat annoying, and there are a few problematic song titles.
