Can't sign up, get no email for verification (lemm.ee)

So I can't sign up. I put in my details username, password, email. But then nothing happens, I'm not sure what's wrong but it's kind of annoying to not be able to sign up on this instance.

I don't get a verification email or anything.

Make sure that your username doesn‘t already exist on your chosen instance afaik that would cause an infinite spin on signup.

Hm ok, sorry then I’m not sure why Signups fail. Do you get a spinning button or does it redirect you to the frontpage?

No it just redirected to the sign up page, with all the fields blank.

I tried again today and it worked, guess the email verification service was a bit slow 🤷
