new user instance blocking feature is gonna be making hexbear, lemmygrad and kbin[?] mad

Jokes on them though, because they still have to see comments from fedded users everywhere, the user instance block does not hide that at all.

It's gonna be a fun week when that release starts rolling across the instances. I'm sure we'll see some shock and dismay etc among the lemmitor as they realize that our comments are not blocked too.
